The 2023 reunion was all but sorted when, wouldn’t you know it, a Royal proclamation muscled in on our dates, throwing everything back up into the air again. We drew back from a tentative approach to Clarence  House suggesting that HRH might consider shifting his coronation one way or the other, as there was now an unfortunate conflict of dates with our Association in May 2023. It was pointed out that a national event of this magnitude could not be moved, even for 44 Squadron, and we would just have to live with it. Therefore our 2023 reunion has been postponed and will now take place over the weekend of 19th - 21st May. We can only apologise to anyone who may have made travel arrangements based on the previously notified dates.
