I am a veteran of the Hampshire Constabulary having completed 34 years of service.  I was diagnosed with MS in 1997 and have used a wheelchair and mobility scooter since 2004. We have identified 54 major sites in the UK which were either airfields or memorials of Bomber Command during World War II and the distance from google maps is 1401 miles.  We are also incorporating the Derwent reservoir dam and the Dambusters’ memorial in Woodhall Spa as 2023 is the 80th anniversary of Operation Chastise. We will trundle the equivalent distance on our local paths and roads adding up the mileage as we go. 
 
Our aim is to raise ￡1401 or more for the IBCC. I will post updates and photos as we go. Please would you be able to donate to the cause. Thank you all so much.
