The Lyngsodde Memorial

A short ceremony was held on the 10th of March 2021 at the Memorial Stone erected at Lyngsodde, Fredericia, to commemorate the seven UK/Canadian crew members of Lancaster ED305 of 44 (Rhodesia) Squadron, which was shot down on 10 March 1943. Despite bitterly cold weather, many people from Fredericia turned out at the memorial site to pay their respects to the crew.
